DMC Garage Condominium Remodel

Bathroom Features

In addition to the kitchen remodel, we also added a fully functional bathroom! Starting with the custom-built stained barn door as the entry point, giving it the focal point feature! A full-size shower with linear drain covered with a custom shower glass enclosure. The customers’ vision included a mixture of wood and slate color. We used Porcelain tile named Emergent Iron 12”x24” & Porcelain wood tile plank named Ashford size 9”x48” to create this look. Complete with a custom vanity area with lighted mirror, a washer/dryer combo and toilet area. This bathroom completes the vision our customer wanted.

Kitchen Features

We remodeled this area to now include a full kitchen with a range, refrigerator, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, bar area and kitchen sink. A kitchen is the heart of the home and now this car condo has a fully functional kitchen to include a large island with ample seating. To give it a sleek look, the kitchen island features a Broadway Black Quartz with a waterfall edge on one side. The kitchen walls have a hand-created brick work pattern that was painted/stained to create realistic brick work. Completed with custom cabinetry with finger pulls, this kitchen remodel exceeded our customers’ expectations and came to life!

Mezzanine Area

The upstairs mezzanine area was created as a lounging area for additional entertaining and relaxation. The hand created brick work was added upstairs as a feature wall. A smaller bar area was added to include a mini fridge and bar area overlooking the condo.

Overall, this garage condo was transformed into a luxury garage condominium to not only house your most prized vehicles but also make it a place where family and friends can gather and entertain.
